When choosing a power case two aspects must be closely looked at, power supply and temperature control (for a more in depth discussion of computer cases please see our computer case tutorial).
Power Supply
Since you will be installing high end components, they will most likely be more energy hungry than average. Therefore you should not get a Computer Case with less than a 300 watt power supply.
Temperature Control
Computers generate large amounts of heat and the computer case has to be able to efficently remove the heat from the system.
Once those requirements have been satisfied other criteria such as quality, design, and features should be taken into account. That being said, if you were gong to skimp on one thing in your system in order to bring it under budget you may as well make it your case.
We chose the I WIN IW-S508-I ATX Mid Tower Case with a 300 watt power supply as our choice of computer cases.
This
is an extremely sturdy case from a very reliable manufacturer. In addition
to having a full 300 watts of power the case includes room for extra fans,
as well as other goodies.
